Positives:
- I still wrote everything down, even though I knew I was going over, so I didn't "cheat" myself.
- I had an amazing time with some amazing friends.
- I did quite a bit of exercise. Surely wearing heels burns more calories than trainers?
Although I was reasonably good for the rest of the week I still had a very small gain, but I'm not worried about it, I'm still 8lb down in 3 weeks which is no bad thing!
